Behaviour Teaching Assistant jobs in Brent

You will work closely with an experienced SEN team to support pupils with communication, sensory, social and emotional needs, helping them access learning, regulate behaviour and build independence within a structured and supportive environment. Key Responsibilities: Provide targeted 1:1 and small group support to pupils with ASD, in line with individual EHCPs and behaviour support plans

You will work closely with the class teacher to support learning, manage behaviour and provide targeted interventions on a 1:1 and small group basis. The ideal SEMH Teaching Assistant will be patient, resilient and confident managing behaviour in a specialist setting.
