You will partner closely with the CEO and senior leadership team to build a people function that supports both current excellence and future growth -ensuring the company continues to attract, retain and develop exceptional talent at every level. You’ll be a visible presence across the business, trusted advisor to leaders, and guardian of culture, values and standards.

You will work directly with the founders on polysaccharide-based and soft-matter systems, generating new experimental data, structuring and interpreting existing results, and guiding technical decisions that shape Sealeo’s development trajectory.

You will balance rapid experimentation with deeper materials understanding, making informed judgement calls that matter.

You will be part of our "Landing Team", working directly with leadership to identify opportunities, shape technical proposals, and eventually lead the delivery of the projects we win together.
