You will enjoy working closely with clients on a range of demanding issues whilst helping to mentor and train more junior colleagues. We are looking for people who can work with and lead engineering teams that are either co-located or geographically disparate.

You will be an established Associate, or Senior Project Manager looking for the next step, with proven experience in successfully delivering projects. This role combines agile working from our Epsom office with time at client offices and sites. You are likely to have several years of multi-disciplinary infrastructure project delivery experience, ideally from within a consultancy environment.

You will take an important role in growing our business through both winning and delivering work across our extensive client portfolio, and in so doing, enhancing our reputation for technical excellence.

You will work closely with our technical specialists who are based in our established teams in Birmingham, Epsom, Oxford and Peterborough.

You must be self-motivated, enthusiastic, determined and resilient. Work under pressure, with excellent time management and success in meeting tight deadlines. Manage and work on multiple assignments delivering outputs on time and within budget. Experience with the Environment Impact Assessment process.

You will also be addressing the required funding arrangements for public sector projects, and working alongside our engineers, ecologists, environmental scientists and other technical experts in key service areas.

You should have good project management skills, commercial awareness and the confidence to lead technical work, as well as mentor junior team members in developing their skills.
