BIM Coordinator jobs in Birmingham

You will be reporting to a Head of BIM and working alongside several different coordinators. They are a large team in the Midlands, a sociable bunch of individuals who all get on well but you’ll also get the privilege of working from home and flexibly. You will lead BIM implementation at a regional level, ensuring consistent standards, robust processes and high-quality digital outputs across all project stages.

You will also play a key role in mentoring and developing engineers and BIM technicians, as well as supporting client engagement on complex and technically demanding projects.

You will be responsible for leading BIM standards and processes across projects, supporting teams through training and technical guidance, and ensuring high-quality model coordination and data management.

You will be responsible for developing and coordinating 3D models, producing drawings, and supporting clash detection, ensuring construction teams have the right information at the right time. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain accurate 3D models for underground services (ducts, drainage, chambers, utilities) and reinforced concrete structures.

You must have right to work in the UK.

You will be based in Birmingham and will be required to be in our office 3 days a week.

You will be required to support the engineering teams in current commissions which may be 3D or BIM Level 2. We are looking for someone who will take this challenge head on, be part of a dynamic team with big ambitions.
