You will take ownership of all BMS activities from late-stage installation through commissioning, integration, testing, and final handover. Acting as the technical authority for BMS on site, you will coordinate across mechanical, electrical, commissioning, and client teams to ensure systems operate seamlessly and meet all performance and compliance requirements.

You will be hardworking and committed to achieving success for both yourself and your company.

You will have a flexible approach to your work and be adaptable in new ways of working. This is a long term contract and will also lead onto further contracts

You will also be responsible for managing small-scale projects from start to finish.

You will be expected to work well as part of a commissioning team but also work efficiently on your own as required.

You will be part of the projects commissioning team therefore the sharing of technical knowledge with other engineers is encouraged whilst obtaining support from the team when necessary.
