You will manage the entire site, which includes a Toolhire implant and a Benchmarx kitchen showroom implant, ensuring both operations are integrated and profitable. With a substantial fleet of five vehicles including three HGVs, a dedicated Toolhire van, and a Benchmarx van, the logistics of this role are paramount.

You should be proficient in team development and training facilitation to enhance team capabilities. An excellent customer service orientation with a focus on building long-term relationships is essential, along with a solid understanding of inventory management practices and stock control.

You will be responsible for You’ll ensure our customers needs are exceeded at all times working in a number of areas of the store, so no two nights will be the same.

You will be working within a close-knit team and will be dealing with our customers on a daily basis.
