JOB RESPONSIBILITIES - According to the company's marketing strategy and overall planning, conduct comprehensive channel planning for overseas markets, establish and improve channel sales systems.

You will handle day-to-day parts enquiries on agricultural machinery and specialist vegetable equipment, ensuring accurate advice and timely solutions. You'll manage orders from start to finish-processing, dispatching, and following up-while providing expert guidance on our products and services.

You will introduce and embed our innovative digital platform, which offers on-demand, flexible blue-collar labour solutions (e.g., temporary staff, logistics, warehousing, manufacturing operatives) to new clients in the Light Industrial and Logistics sector located around our current operations.

You will drive growth through structured account management, promotional planning, and collaborative development, while managing commercial performance across volume, value, margin and profitability.

You will shape how our engineers build, test, release, and monitor software, ensuring frictionless workflows while keeping ownership of business logic, test quality, and development practices firmly with the product engineering teams.

You will lead operations across multiple sites as a key member of the Operations Leadership Team, ensuring customer needs and business objectives are met

You will drive an active safety agenda, engage with Branch Safety Committees, and foster a culture of zero lost-time accidents and ultimately no accident book entries

You will be a listener, a problem solver and in time a fountain of knowledge to help them achieve their financial goals.

You will have previous experience of interacting with customers.
