You will have:The ability to work collaboratively and consultatively with the Shop ManagerAbility to lift and carry bags of stock up to 10kg’s. Be able to lead a team of volunteers and staffAbility to delegate and coach staffExcellent customer services skillsThe ability to manage time under conflicting prioritiesIT literacy and numeracy skills

You will also be responsible for leading and inspiring a team of Yard Assistants who are on the front line dealing with our customers that come into our yard.

You will be based outside leading the external yard team, processing our customer orders, loading and unloading customer and company vehicles.
