You will be responsible for broadcast engineering, real-time media operations, and the continuous improvement of live content workflows across studio, on-site, and hybrid environments.

You will lead technical delivery with a strong sense of ownership, protecting live performance through robust system design, disciplined execution, and resilient architecture.

You will own the architectural vision, principles, and design standards that govern CT&I's technology ecosystem—ensuring every product and system is built on a consistent, secure, and future‐proof foundation.

You will define the target architecture and investment priorities, lead governance forums, approve architectural exceptions, and sponsor system lifecycle decisions, including end‐of‐life.

You must be able to produce Motion Design as well as Static Graphics, Hybrid work scheme.

You will be designing and animating for digital, social, broadcast and live environments.

You will need a strong eye for layout, typography, colour & composition.

You must be able to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a busy, fast-moving environment.
