You will complete your qualification with MGTS in Coventry and will be expected to reside in Coventry during your first year of employment. Accommodation costs for this period will be covered.

You will need to have/be predicted a minimum of 5 GCSE (grades 4-9) including Maths, English & Science (Maths at grade 6-9).

You will work alongside experienced professionals and receive strong support, mentoring and coaching while developing against the Apprenticeship Standard. The programme includes placements across multiple departments to build a broad understanding of the business.

You will train as an apprentice, aiming to achieve a Level 3 Business Administrator Apprenticeship to work within the site administration team. The role is very much based around being a team player, who has a flexible attitude and is willing to get the job done.

You will be completing Level 3 Multi-Channel Marketer Apprentice (;Formally Digital Marketer Level 3. As of Dec 2023, Digital Marketer has been updated to Multi-Channel Marketer. This new standard expands on the curriculum and provides learning on all aspects of marketing instead of solely focusing on digital marketing.

You must have gained or be working towards GCSE 4-9 or above in Maths and English or equivalent.
