You will be responsible for overseeing daily operations on construction sites to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. This role involves hands on duties associated with coordinating and supervising sub- contractors as well as ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and managing materials and equipment.

You will be predominately office based. What you'll need to succeed Due to the size and scale of my client's current project portfolio, it is essential that the successful candidate will have previously worked for a main contractor and completed a build project.

You will be degree qualified with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
