You will effectively help to control and learn about all site-based activities in line with specific development requirements, company policies and procedures. In this role, you will gain hands-on experience while working towards a higher Level 4 apprenticeship to further develop your skills and knowledge.

You will collaborate with an impressive client portfolio, including major retailers, local authorities, museums, universities, colleges and property investors. You will play an active role in the discharge of our service users from hospital and will commission health and social care services as required. Partnership working is a key component of this post and you will need to be innovative in ensuring that there is a range of appropriate services locally to support individual recovery journeys.

You will be required to maintain accurate records while at work, in line with the service requirements. You may also be required to administer personal care and medication.

You will be paid an additional £60 per sleep in. Keefield Close, on the outskirts of Harlow, Essex, provides person-centred, responsive, residential care for ten adults with profound physical and intellectual disabilities.
