You will make frequent use of your highly developed record keeping skills. The team regularly delivers a demanding programme of improvement and maintenance works; only possible through strong teamwork. Whilst you will work independently much of the time on routine inspections and sites, you will require to work in harmony with the rest of the team.

You will lead a maintenance and reliability strategy that prioritises planned and predictive maintenance over reactive work.

You will be a maintenance and reliability leader to take ownership of a large site’s asset care strategy and continue building a high-performing, proactive maintenance culture.

You will ensure full compliance with NRSWA, HAUC, SROH, and local authority permits while verifying that all works align with approved designs, build packs, and fibre network specifications.

You will carry out thorough quality inspections, snagging, and final acceptance checks, identifying any defects, non‐compliances, or safety concerns and driving timely close‐out.

You will be based in our Hamilton Depot working within our brilliant Service team. A key part of your role will be to support the Field Service department in providing outstanding customer service and allocating workloads to Field Service Engineers as required.
