You will lead site teams, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure works are delivered in line with programme, budget, and HS2 standards.

You will be responsible for working with the other team members of the setting‐out team and be responsible for the performance and development of the junior engineers and also for identifying and resolving technical problems on site in liaison with the senior team and Sub‐Agent.

You will be expected to be able to deliver change, earn the technical respect of your team and peers and to collaborate closely with specialists from across the entire technical team.

You will be responsible for identifying the objectives and successfully delivering these within programme constraints.
