You will be involved in all aspects of planned and reactive maintenance within their operation.

You will be responsible for a surveyor, a lettings manager, 2 x repairs and maintenance staff, a project support officer, a compliance officer and a team of cleaners.

You will prepare, oversee and then mobilise new contract agreements with subcontractors for the delivery of services across the portfolio.

You will have a broad electrical and mechanical knowledge.

You will be happy working in both a proactive and reactive role managing your time to achieve best results for the company. Essential experience for the Maintenance Engineer role Understanding of Fanuc, Siemens CNC control systems including 5 Axis milling machines and twin turret lathes.

You must reside within 60 minutes of ST5 postcode and have access to a suitable vehicle.

You will ideally come from a Manufacturing background, with experience in a Maintenance position, as well as: Recognised qualifications in mechanical or electrical engineering. 17th / 18th Edition - DesirablePLC equipment experience - DesirableStrong problem-solving skills and a hands-on approach to maintenance tasks.
