You will be based on the Oscar Mayer Site at Wrexham working in partnership to ensure the smooth running of the colleague shop.

You will look to consistently deliver great service by truly putting our customers at the heart of what we do, focusing on the store standards.

You will be responsible for ensuring the team are motivated to deliver the day to day delivery of the department

You will provide strong, visible leadership to your team while ensuring the people we support receive outstanding, person-centred care that promotes independence, wellbeing, and positive outcomes. This is a varied and rewarding role, ideal for a values-driven leader who thrives in a hands-on environment and is passionate about supporting people with learning disabilities and autism.

You will be required to develop a brief, procure and deliver the project, ensuring all stakeholders are kept up-to-date. The role will require you to work between the office in Liverpool and to also have a presence on site in Wrexham.

You will be an experienced construction Project Manager, ideally holding membership in the APM, CIOB, RICS, CABE etc.
