You will work closely with the team to ensure a seamless transition from winning new business to delivering successful projects, all while providing exceptional service to clients, colleagues, and partners. You will be a hands-on player-coach, owning outreach and qualification while also helping to design the BDR/SDR process, playbooks and best practices.

You will use modern tools (HubSpot, Clay, Instantly, Lemlist, etc.) and AI to build signal-based, multi-channel plays that generate qualified meetings and pipeline across both partners and direct prospects.

You will be home based, but as Business Development Manager with customers in North West England, you will attend regular customer visits across the region.
