You will carry out tasks on shift to ensure that the allocation of team is complete to ensure the maximum positive impact on guest experience in our venues, build and develop a positive relationship with the guests.

You will carry out individual team member PDP's and coach and support the team during tasks to ensure we have a highly trained and fulfilled team.

You will lead internal staffing teams, drive operational performance, maintain compliance standards, and help strengthen our regional client portfolio. Key Responsibilities - Oversee day-to-day operational delivery across multiple sites and service lines - Lead, mentor, and support Coordinators, Team Leaders, and Account Managers

You will be working across the business to ensure customer requirements are communicated and met. Key Responsibilities - Provide Technical Support to Customer contacts, primarily Technical and Commercial Managers - On-board new suppliers to relevant customer systems - Communicate and implement strategy plans internally

You will then work closely with specialists within the wider People / HR team to ensure any actions or activities are managed effectively.

You will also manage any case work which is varied in topic and complexity, supporting and coaching leaders through this, and acting as a trusted advisor to the team.

You will support and coach the team to ensure the deliver a great experience and are also driving any key targets.

You will also be responsible for providing accurate rotas three weeks in advance through our online roster system and ensuring the system is closed accurately.
