You will manage one direct report, with the opportunity to shape and build a small team as the function grows.

You will oversee the procurement, management, and review of key HR contracts—such as managed service providers and HR systems—ensuring they consistently deliver exceptional value and performance.

You should possess excellent financial planning and business modelling experience, along with a good understanding of sales-driven business models.

You will establish the sales process, digital presence and lead generation capability required to create consistent pipeline, convert enquiries into profitable work, and support scalable growth. The role requires someone who has previously built business development capability from first principles and can take full ownership of pipeline creation, conversion and performance tracking.
