You will work closely with both engineers and back‑office teams to ensure we meet our SLAs and maintain high standards of customer service.

You will also liaise directly with customers regarding scheduled works, equipment deliveries and material arrangements.

You will have contact with older people and their families/carers over the telephone, the successful candidate will be caring and compassionate and able to work in a busy environment.

You will be part of an administration team who will provide support and training for the role and also part of the wider clinical team, attending team meetings and training events.
