You will be part of a small team and supported by the Team Manager.

You will be responsible for managing your own case load, managing a waiting list, undertaking assessments, delivering up to 6 counselling sessions on a 1:1 basis within schools and/or within the Community and completing digital recordings.

You will be required to work across all three centres. This role requires flexibility.

You will be exceptionally organised, ensuring that reporting systems are in place, data is collection and inputting. The Children and Family Centre staff team includes our Administrators, Early Years' Practitioners, Volunteer Co-ordinator and our team of volunteers.

You will work as part of a service that covers the whole of Greater Manchester. The ability to collaborate with and confidently present information to a range of people including the delivery of workshops. You will provide high-quality administrative support to the Registered Manager and the wider team, helping us maintain accurate records, manage communications, and coordinate essential processes.
