You will be focused on championing the needs of our clients, in order to deliver class leading retention rates whilst also identifying and delivering revenue opportunities.

You will provide senior level engagement in support of ADP's Excom, creating strong c-level business-to-business relationships to drive increased engagement with client decision makers.

You will work with Account Managers to drive sales and ensure that KPI's are met. As a Mortgage Broker Account Manager we are looking for someone to: - Respond to inbound intermediary telephone enquiries, giving exceptional customer service in relation to product and criteria information

You will drive sales across the Halfords group arranging for customer cars to be repaired in our stores, our garages, and, at the customers home, as well as their place of work.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, author test scripts and tools, carry out functional testing and ensure the reliable delivery of our products and solutions into revenue.

You will work primarily within our tram and light rail team but will also be required to work across our portfolio of major urban rail, mainline rail and telecoms projects.
