You will work cross-functionally with Simulation, Aero, Design, Tyres Strategy and Race Engineering teams to improve model fidelity and benchmark performance. You will be working on new and pre‐release projects with a small, growing team of initiative‐driven innovators and problem solvers. You will also spend 1-3 days in the workshop, testing and trialling the machinery before it is installed.
