You will manage your own caseload of new build residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion. The work is predominantly developer-led, offering consistency, structure, and well-established processes.

You will be supported by an experienced team, modern case management systems, and dedicated administrative assistance.

You will be trained and able to operate additional systems, such as video reporting i.

You will have a full understanding of Customer Satisfaction and its impact on the business.

You must have a valid class 4 and 7 MOT testing licence with DVSA and have an up-to-date annual training record and passed the assessment.

You will be expected to work fulltime from the office in Newport for training and accreditation. Once you pass accreditation you will be able to work on a hybrid basis with 2 days in the office each week. The rate on offer: £150 per day Via Umbrella which increases to £165 after accreditation.

You will be working alongside experienced lawyers in the Personal Injury department. The team have extensive experience in claims who is looking to share the growing caseload in claimant work. This position is ideally full time , salary to £35k.
