You will receive thorough and continued training and development to enhance your understanding of Audiology and Optics products, however previous experience within Audiology / Optics is ideally what we are looking for.

You will be a key part in creating a warm and friendly atmosphere and an outstanding store environment both for our customers and our team.

You will take a variety of inbound calls, be the first point of contact for our customers and work closely with your colleagues to ensure we maintain our high standards.
