You will have experience ideally within a Livestock environment OR Agricultural background and be an excellent communicator who has the ability to take direction and challenge in a professional manner.

You will be proficient in the use of Microsoft office packages, including Word, Excel and Outlook.

You will drive high standards of practice, compliance, and safeguarding, while supporting staff recruitment, development, and performance. The role involves managing budgets and resources, leading service improvement aligned with The Promise and GIRFEC, and building strong partnerships with families, professionals, and external agencies.
