You will provide flexible support across subcontracted services and depot delivery.

You will take ownership of safety, health, environment and quality, promoting high standards and ensuring incidents are reported.

You will support business initiatives, including Service Strike Avoidance and MILife.

You will be tasked with conducting regular inspections of gas maintenance programmes, identifying and resolving operational issues, and implementing preventive maintenance measures to uphold system integrity. Collaborating closely with other departments, you will contribute to strategic planning efforts aimed at enhancing service reliability and customer satisfaction.

You will then progress to a tutoring phase, taking live calls with the support of a dedicated tutor for up to 6 sets of shifts.

You must be 18 years or older to apply for this role and appointment will be subject to satisfactory clearance of pre-employment checks.

You will be invited to complete an online assessment which include tasks and a one-way video interview and then attend a face-to-face interview in Carnival House, Southampton, or an on line teams interview.

You will be required to work 2 Saturdays in 4 and 1 Sunday in 4. Your shifts will be exclusive of breaks for lunch.
