You will mentor junior Earned Thinkers and support Head Earned Thinkers for the agency’s industry‑leading earned offering. You’ll have three big things to do:

You will be working with children that require both academic and pastoral support to ensure they are reaching their expected levels of progress.

You will have the opportunity to work with children on a 1:1 basis and on a group basis providing tailored intervention sessions as well as supporting full class teachers in the classroom.

You will be mentored and have the opportunity to shadow sessions and learn from them. Plus you will gain invaluable experience working with Special Needs and Mental Health issues. This is a great opportunity for an aspiring educational or occupational psychologist, therapeutic support worker or SEN teacher.
