You will work closely with the wider team to ensure production targets are met to meet clients goals. Production Operatives will be physically fit as you will be on your feet for long periods of time and there will be some heavy lifting involved.

You should be flexible, reliable and willing to follow the site's strict Health & Safety procedures.

You will be subject to a BPSS check (including a criminal record check)**TRAVEL REQUIRED:** Extensive travel within UK and internationallyOur world is changing.

You will be required to efficiently repair vehicles checking on completion ensuring there are no defects including changing quarter panels, filler work, stripping a vehicle down and rebuilding it.

You will liaise with Production, contractors and report on the frontline system. The successful candidate will assist the engineering team deal with the planned and reactive maintenance throughout the site.

You will need to liaise with Production Managers and Supervisors and report on the frontline.

You will complete all relevant paperwork and data inputting into the frontline data system.

You should have your production figures ready to communicate to the Shift Manager along with any issues or questions. - Ensure all relevant machines and equipment are stripped down and thoroughly cleaned at the end of the production run and re-assembled correctly - Preparation tasks should be fully complete by the end of the shift to support an efficient shift start up for the next shift
