You will promote and deliver high standards of care, supervise and support less experienced staff to enable them to fully contribute to the care provided within the Home. Your Skills and Experience:** Excellent communication and written skills. Previous experience working within an elderly care setting.

You will be joining a workforce recognised for delivering outstanding care to our patients, where teamwork and quality is embedded into our day-to-day practice.

You will operate in a wide range of environments, across both urban and rural areas managing everything from birth to end of life, chronic conditions to critical illness or injury.
