You will be working alongside our care coordinators, clinicians, community nursing teams as well as volunteer and community sector providers.

You will carry out statutory social work functions including assessments, support planning, reviews, and safeguarding work. The ideal candidate will be confident working independently, managing their own caseload, and collaborating within a multidisciplinary environment. Key Responsibilities

You will work within the standards provided in the OFG Psychological Practice Ways of Working.

You will be given responsibility for holding a psychological caseload, with the full support of your designated clinical supervisor and site lead, also contributing to school development, staff training and consultation as required.

You will provide operational leadership, ensure service efficiency, and champion innovation to meet the needs of our local population.
