You will be required to maintain the operations of the service at the standard agreed and within the financial budget or other parameters set.

You will ensure that high-quality care services are delivered, compliance with regulatory standards is achieved, and that care workers are adequately trained and qualified. The role offers extensive training and benefits, including holiday entitlement and discounts at various retailers.

You will manage shifts, provide care, and ensure the implementation of individual care plans for young individuals with complex needs.
