You will be responsible for managing the operational team, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and delivering high-quality care. The ideal candidate will be registered with the SSSC and possess strong leadership and communication skills.

You will be computer literate and able to work closely with our community engagement team to create community links and showcase our Home, you will also be responsible for updating the homes social media platforms. You will lead and support staff, ensure high-quality outcomes for service users, and maintain compliance with all relevant legislation, National Care Standards and SSSC Codes of Practice.

You will be an experienced supervisor or manager with a strong background in housing support, social care or a similar regulated environment.

You will be working with a ream of Leisure Assistant under the supervision of the Senior Leisure Supervisor. What’s in it for you?
