You will be responsible for leading a team of care staff, which will include training, supervisions and delegating duties on shift.

You will also support with the administering and ordering of medication, reviewing and updating resident care plans and risk assessment, and liaising with GP's, district nursing teams and resident family members.

You will be working directly with complex mental health issues, with the opportunity to pick up a sleep in shift a week with a competitive hourly rate of £12.21 per sleep (across 12 hours - £146.52 per shift). Standout Highlights:
