You will support the client with the specific clinical tasks outlined in their care plan. These may include:• NG Feeding• Hearing Impairment• Global Developmental Delay• Oxygen Administration• Suctioning• Large De Novo DeletionFull specialist training and competency sign-off are provided by our Clinical Team, so you do not need to have every skill listed to apply.

You must be willing to undertake this training, but full support will be given to help you achieve this. A Level 2 Diploma in Adult Care or an equivalent qualification is also acceptable (or willing to work towards). Willing to undertake any other training relevant to the role.

You will be responsible for leading a team of care staff, which will include training, supervisions and delegating duties on shift.

You will also support with the administering and ordering of medication, reviewing and updating resident care plans and risk assessment, and liaising with GP's, district nursing teams and resident family members.
