You will act as a key point of contact for brokers and clients, working closely with underwriters, legal advisors, and internal stakeholders to ensure all documentation, conditions, and requirements are met in a timely manner.

You will be expected to proactively manage case progression, identify potential delays, and resolve issues to keep transactions on track.

You must have legal right to work in the UK

You must be willing to attend a registration interview - All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.

You must have a current valid UK driver's license, be reasonably fit and have good written and verbal communications skills, essential to building relationships and rapport with any of the individuals that you meet. Additional Information:

You will provide comprehensive advice and support to managers in line with employment law and best practice. Working closely with other members of the team you will strive to ensure a high quality of service is delivered to the business and will also be responsible for the compliance of all personnel documentation, processes and procedures within regulatory framework.

You will deliver high-quality legal advice to clients while driving forward claims effectively to achieve the best possible outcomes. A key part of the role involves navigating complex liability issues, securing interim payments, and working collaboratively with medical experts to help improve quality of life for our clients through rehabilitation and care support.
