You will be responsible for managing a caseload of complex safeguarding, child protection and court work cases working collaboratively with multi-agency professionals.

You must be over 21 years of age and hold a full UK driving license. It is a requirement that you hold a Diploma Level 3 in Working with Children & Young People. Principal Accountabilities

You will carry a caseload of children and young people in families with unmet needs. Some of this work will be complex and challenging in nature and will consist of enduring needs. This case work is up to the thresholds for statutory services, with more focus on intensive support (Level 3).

You will be expected to have the knowledge, skills and experience and ability to be allocated an immediate case load. The successful candidates should have experience of completing s42 safeguarding enquiries, mental capacity assessments, best interest assessments, social care assessments, annual reviews, short term care reviews, direct payment and dom care reviews.
