You will play a crucial role in the initial stages of child safeguarding by completing high-quality assessments that inform timely, proportionate, and effective decision-making.

You will be required to be office-based for the first four weeks to support induction and embed the MK practice model and values.

You will oversee all aspects of financial management, including budgeting, forecasting and statutory reporting. Acting as a trusted business partner, you will provide expert advice to the Executive Team and budget holders, while managing relationships with external stakeholders.

You will play a crucial role in the initial stages of child safeguarding by completing high-quality assessments that inform timely, proportionate, and effective decision-making.

You will be required to be office-based for the first four weeks to support induction and embed the MK practice model and values.

You will provide day-to-day support to residents, complete assessments, develop support plans and promote a safe, stable and recovery-focused environment.

You will thrive in this role if you are empathetic, organised and confident supporting residents with a range of practical and emotional needs.
