You will help with mobility, nutrition, and medication as required, and will work closely with colleagues to provide a safe, welcoming environment. Maintaining accurate care records and communicating effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals will also be an essential part of your role.

You will also be expected to perform life event ceremonies (marriage, civil partnership, baby naming, renewal of vows and citizenship). As this is a responsible public facing role the post-holder will be expected to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing, and have a calm and sympathetic approach when dealing with members of the public.
