You will assist the Retail Head Chef in leading the food delivery in one of our event day retail outlets. This consists of GA premium hospitality, 16 concessional outlets within the stadium and 8 fan-zone units within the Fan Plaza.

You will be required to complete any relevant kitchen paperwork daily and ensure all checks are carried out and H&S is followed at all times.

You must possess and flexible & adaptable approach to working hours/duties.

You should be calm and resiliant, not deterred by an ‘unforeseen challenge’, problem solving and effectivley be a team player.

You should have strong attention to detail, structured and methodical with the flexibility to respond to the dynamic demands of all matchday requests.

You will be working in either the plate or pot wash area and carrying out general duties within the kitchen. - You may be required at times to carry out basic food preparation, full training will be given. - You’ll be working closely with the senior kitchen team to ensure the smooth day to day delivery of our kitchen operation.
