You will also ensure our customers’ expectations are managed and, wherever possible, exceeded. With a proven track record of successful projects, you will be responsible for leading two-stage/negotiated tenders for projects ranging in value from £10m to £100m across a range of sectors, including Education, Leisure, Health, Blue Light, Transport and Commercial.

You will have at least 2 years of post-qualification experience in planning law from a reputable UK law firm. Technical Expertise: You possess strong expertise in handling complex planning matters, including drafting and negotiating planning agreements and applications.

You will join a collaborative transport planning team working on a broad mix of development-led schemes across residential, commercial, education, leisure and mixed-use sectors. The successful candidate will contribute to the delivery of technical assessments, analysis and reports to support planning applications.
