You will be calling clients that are known to us and operate in the accountancy & finance space.

You will manage the recruitment process, often with the aid of a resourcer.

You will be given full support and this will be a “service” led sales process, discussing clients needs and current market conditions to develop a long term relationship, not quick calls looking for an instant win.

You will be well versed in delivering high levels of customer satisfaction in a very busy and demanding environment.

You will have the passion to deliver an excellent customer service experience and the ability to quickly establish and build rapport with our customers - A well-presented individual with a desire, attitude and character to succeed

You will also work to provide admin, HR and recruitment support to our site, working closely with the Registered Manager and wider team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. From onboarding new colleagues to keeping our HR systems up-to-date, your work will directly support our ability to deliver quality care.

You will work alongside technical system administrators, security and network authorities, and other stakeholders to manage and support Air CHAN infrastructure, with a particular focus on NetApp (StorageGRID) and Fortinet platforms. The position is primarily on-site, with standard office hours, and will include providing cover for holiday/leave to maintain full service availability.
