You will be responsible for meeting all statutory, mandatory and maintenance requirements in line with the Authority established baselines and contractual obligations, ensuring that all records are maintained to ensure & secure operation, and that all locks are effective and maintained.

You will possess strong organisational and communication skills, have an understanding of an FM maintenance environment and will be dedicated to providing a high quality service.

You must be fully qualified within a mechanical engineer discipline (City & Guilds / Level 3 NVQ in Mechanical Craft Studies or equivalent) and have experience of Industrial / Plumbing installations.
