You will be working 37.5hrs a week, covering between 8am – 8pm Monday to Friday, 9am – 6pm Saturday & Sunday on site at the Newcastle Contact Centre. - You are not expected to work Bank Holidays as the site does not open on these days. - Shifts are scheduled within a 6-week rotation so that you can plan around shifts with plenty of notice.

You will be an experienced leader with a proven track record in leading teams and getting the best out of colleagues to drive service excellence.

You will provide your team with clear objectives and develop them in their ability to deliver excellent customer service across a wide range of queries and problems.

You must have excellent communication skills and be able to work in a high volume, fast moving warehouse.

You will continually ensure that warehouse space and planned delivery schedules are compatible. The ideal applicant will have a minimum of 12 months experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or experience in a similar role.

You will oversee the running of the canteen facility including the preparation and cooking of food and beverages, ordering of all food and non-food items for service provision; to be particularly responsible for strict personal hygiene and the hygiene of Staff ensuring compliance with work performance governing environmental health regulation, menu, and stock control.
