You will be working for a national housing associationYour new roleManage the delivery of planned works, building safety remediation and retrofit sustainability projects by working with and managing external consultants and contractors.

You will join us on full time, permanent basis.

You will also help determine accurate costing of jobs and prospective contracts processed by the company – including estimating material content, production time/overhead, sub-contract costs, packaging, delivery/freight costs, etc.

You will be required to report to our service team with the following responsibilities: - Service and repair of vast range of electric powered trucks and lifting equipment - Advanced fault finding, diagnostics - Provide timely and detailed service reports - Follow all company's procedures and protocols

You will also assist the Extra Care Manager and Registered Manager in ensuring an empowering service which meets the needs of our clients and works with the service user’s families and friends to promote a positive atmosphere.

You must be flexible, energetic and reliable.

You will be required to work in a flexible manner, on a roster basis, which will include evenings, weekends.

You will be an integral part of the team's continued excellence in maintaining high standards of business SHE compliance. Collaborating with Project teams, SHE Managers, senior management and stakeholders you will ensure the company remains a leader in the contruction sectors SHE excellence.

You will be able to take responsibility & ownership for your decision making.
