You will ensure you take ownership of all queries or issues that are presented to you and manage them through to closure, with a ‘can do attitude’ and exceed customer expectations. Main Responsibilities - Manage all incoming customer queries via all communication channels, which is predominantly the Customer Service shared mailbox.

You will dispense medications accurately and efficiently.

You will manage and maintain pharmaceutical stock.

You will provide expert advice and support to patients and healthcare professionals.

You will ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines.

You will assist in the preparation of prescriptions and other pharmaceutical products.
