You will be supporting learners with an array of complex needs including Autism Spectrum Condition, ADHD, learning needs and challenging behaviour.

You will be working in 1 to 1 and small groups with young people who have additional needs, including ADHD, ASD, emotional regulation difficulties and SEMH. The ideal candidate will have experience within the classroom, or strong experience in related fields.

You will be required to complete an enhanced DBS check VR/(phone number removed) IND-SEN

You will work alongside a multidisciplinary team, including behaviour mentors and a school counsellor, to provide a holistic support network.

You will work in a small team and perform a wide range of roles.

You will have excellent interpersonal and administrative skills including IT proficiency.

You will be able to work well in a team, work autonomously, be able to use your initiative and be willing to acquire new skills and knowledge.
