What will I be doing? • Build strong, trusting relationships to help pupils regulate emotions and make positive choices. • Deliver targeted interventions to support behaviour, engagement and personal development.

You will champion a therapeutic and restorative ethos within the unit, ensuring it acts as a genuine stepping-stone back to mainstream success. - Unit Leadership: Take full responsibility for the day‐to‐day management and strategic development of the Behaviour Unit, ensuring a safe, structured, and nurturing learning environment.

You will take ownership of a varied mentoring caseload, including: - Creating positive, trusting mentoring relationships that inspire change. - Guiding and coaching individuals through their personal goals and challenges. - Supporting behaviour change through encouragement, motivation, and regular structured contact.

You will be expected to fulfil your mandatory safeguarding training at the level applicable to this role. We reserve the right to close this vacancy early if we receive sufficient applications for the role.
