You will lead a large, multi-skilled engineering function of around 50 colleagues, including two Team Managers and teams made up of engineers, technicians, technical assistants, and an apprentice. Operating within a 24/7 environment, you will balance hands-on technical troubleshooting with strategic leadership, ensuring automation and MHE systems perform safely, reliably, and efficiently.

You will devise a business plan to assess the market and enter into an agreement with the correct buying groups and merchants.

You will map out all the independents that are not part of buying groups and create an approach.

You will manage an existing team, and add to this team over the coming months.
