You must be self motivated and well organised, with the ambition to develop into a managerial role and managing your own team.

You will have the opportunity to work on various industry software including: ·AutoCAD (including Vehicle Tracking) - for drafting and detailing ·Civil 3D - for 3D ground and road modelling ·MicroDrainage - for drainage design ·PDS - for road design, drainage design, traffic sign design and road marking design

You will play a key role in the successful delivery of multiple concurrent schemes, each with values of up to approximately £5m.

You will ensure Safety, Health, Environmental and Quality standards are embedded across all works, promoting a right‑first‑time culture and continuous improvement.

You will be heavily involved in coordinating technical activities, supporting commercial decision-making and driving best practice across the site team.
